Train the trainee

Innovic is committed to ensuring the highest levels of safety and professionalism in the glass industry. To achieve this goal, the company has implemented a unique program known as "Train the Trainee." This program is designed to train company representatives on how to handle glass safely and effectively, with the aim of making them trainers for the rest of the members of their organization.

The Train the trainee program is a comprehensive training program that covers all aspects of glass handling and safety, including how to properly cut, transport, and install glass. The program also covers important safety procedures, such as the use of personal protective equipment and how to identify potential hazards in the workplace.

Upon completion of the program, trainees become certified trainers and are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to educate and train their colleagues on proper glass handling techniques and safety protocols.
